Booking Policy


Bookings will not be refunded if not cancelled more than 72 hours prior to your reservation, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example, if we do not provide our services to you with reasonable care and skill.

We appreciate that things don’t always go to plan, so we are happy to move your Booking to a future date up to 6 months later free of charge if you can no longer make the original date. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your reservation.



Bookings are time-specific. If you do not show up for your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.



In the event that Government restrictions prevent your booking from taking place, GObowling will refund the deposit in full and refunds will be made within 2 weeks.



Cancellation are requested to be made more than 72 hours before your booked arrival time.

If you cancel or change the date of the booking less than 72 hours prior to your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded.

Deposits are taken by credit or debit card. Refunds will be put back to the same card that the booking was taken on.



To give you greater flexibility and peace of mind during the uncertainty caused by Coronavirus (COVID 19), you will be able to amend your event dates without incurring an amendment fee.

Should your event plans change, we will happily offer you alternative dates with no amendment fee or we can give you a reference number to use anytime in the future – this can be used as part payment towards a future booking.
